USPS claims 2-9 arrival for First-Class and 1-4 days Priority to USA, 6-10 Days to International Countries. We are not responsible for delayed arrival or lost packages after we have given the package to USPS. Shipping is contingent on amount of movies ordered, other orders being processed and day of order. We ship sometimes on Saturdays, rarely on Sundays and never on National Holidays. Normally a weekday order will ship within 48 hours. There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Once an order is marked Processing, it may not be canceled. However, we can replace your badly damaged scratched non-playable disc, 1 disc per movie title for free. Will be shipped via first class mail free of charge. Keep in mind that we use high-quality DVD-R discs only, and very unlikely that it will not be compatible on your DVD player. But there is no guarantee that the discs will play perfectly. The most likely cause of issue goes both ways, the DVD-R and the DVD player. Some DVD players cannot read some brands of DVD-R correctly. We cannot purchase every brand of DVD-R for every customer. We have 10 different DVD players that plays all of our discs just fine. Please check your player for compatibility with DVD-R before ordering from us. The majority of purchases have had no issues with our discs.
