DubbedLakorn overall is an okay site as I've ordered 3 times. Service was
alright in terms in responding to the emails. Unlike others, my package didn't
come as fast as I'd expected however, I understand the circumstances. Quality of
dvds are good and the labels look nice indeed. I was just dissapointed in the
fact that I didn't get any apology after ordering an incomplete series from you
guys. In the future, you should make sure of this before adding any series to
your site. A suggestion I'd like to make is if the series at any point is shaky
or pauses or anything of the sort, you should state that in the description so
we as customers are aware of it. On my first time ordering, I was expecting a
bit more but the point is I get my dvds and quality is good. Out of all the
online sites for series, this one probably ranks as first.

series even thou it took awhile to process, and i will continue to do business

I have never seen an asian company provide such great customer service as
dubbed-lakorn. Here's an example: I placed an order at another asian website
about a year ago, got the movies but one of the disc wouldn't play, even my
expensive computer wouldn't read it. I asked for a replacement but they never
responded. This has happened countless times with multiple stores, they refuse
to do a replacement for some reason. But Dubbed-Lakorn replaced my movies, free
of charge! This is why I'm sticking with them. I can't believe service like this
exists for an asian site. If you've never ordered from Dubbed Lakorn before, and
you have doubts, I'd give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.
